Built with a compact profile for maneuverability, reduced weight and a cold first shot predictability.

I second Curtis’s review but I am not sure he said enough. That being said, this really is one fine short and compact .308 rifle. This fine weapon is made for that one cold barrel shot out to 800 yards. Not to say it is not accurate with a warm barrel as it will still shoot sub MOA. The Surefire muzzle brake, just a bit smaller that the one on this rifle’s big brother, the HET 550 Magnum in 338 Lapua Magnum, really cuts the already manageable recoil of the 308. Even sweeter is the single set trigger, which last time I measured mine, breaks at a 3/4 pound pull. Yes, less than a pound so you just need to think about pulling the trigger. If you don’t own one, I am sorry you missed this opportunity. I ordered it and just waited. I have this one and the HET 550 in 338 LM. I don’t sell guns, but if I did, I’d never sell these. They are both way too much fun to shoot.

This is 1 awesome gun. Shoots very well and I have even made it my go to deer rifle. You can maneuver this rifle around so easy and you know when you squeeze the trigger it’s going to hit every time. Definitely 1 of my favorite rifles.
