The 550 Medium Kevlar takes the basic concept and advantages of the Carbine model and adds an additional 3" of barrel length — increasing the bore volume enough to take advantage of the long range capabilities of the 7mm Rem. Mag. The American-pattern Kevlar stock is ultra stable with a full-length aluminum bedding block.

While it is designed to be used primarily with optics, it is equipped with adjustable back up iron sights as well. If the scope should be damaged, you find yourself in thick cover or are hunting fast-moving game, the medium sight radius of the 23.6” barrel helps you get on target more quickly than a longer-barreled rifle.
