Product Description

The CZ 527 VARMINT in .17 Remington is fitted with a 24”, 1 in 9 twist heavy barrel and an American style Turkish walnut stock. The new rifle retains all of the features that made the 527 famous, from its controlled round feed, claw extractor to its single set trigger, and hammer forged barrel. Scope mounts are integrated into forged, square bridge receiver (rings not included). The rifle comes with a 5 round, detachable box magazine.

      It was my first stand with my new CZ in .204 caliber. When I pulled up on it the rifle just felt right and I let the round go. The coyote went down with no problems. This is was my first of many coyotes to take with the help of the CZ 527. The weapon is awesome and I am very happy I chose CZ.

      When my Uncle Melvin was getting .77" groups at 300 yards of bench with his 527 Varmint, that intrgued me. So, I got one in a 204 also. The day I pulled it out of the box, I was impressed with the balance and then later was impressed with its accuracy. I load for the 204 and will say that the CZ is my goto rifle for coyotes.

Designed to fit the small base calibers perfectly, the CZ 527 is a true micro length Mauser style action and features controlled round feed, a detachable magazine, hammer forged barrel and single set trigger.
