I’ve had my Silhouette for five years, being lucky to have found one nib. With the Bushnell Elite 4×12 AO I mounted the norm is to wallow out a hole at 25m using most standard velocity target loads. I have had Anshutz and a 541T that were ok but not as consistent as my 452 Silhouette. I will not let go of this one.

I have this rifle for about 10years now a d i’m so happy with it. This one is zo accurate. I never want to sell this one. To bad they don’t build it anymore.
Brian Kummer – January 23, 2018:
I purchased my CZ 452 Silhouette about 3 years ago. I love this rifle and it is very accurite. I was able to hit a plastic and paper target the size of a baseball at 100 yards on the second shot. This .22 is a keeper.
Brian – October 19, 2015:
I bought this rifle 8 (?) years ago, and IMO, shooting it is the most fun you can have with your clothes on.
Since I bought it, I’ve punched holes in lots of targets and killed a great many ground squirrels out to 100 yards. I recently put the perfect scope on it (a 3-9x 40mm Nikon Prostaff EFR Rimfire Rifle Scope) and that combination is, like, scary accurate.
I can’f find ammo, however cheap, that groups over 1 inch 5 shot groups at 50 yards, and so far, it’s favorite ammo seems to be Norma TAC-22 (~ 0.5 – 0.6 at 50 yards, 1.0 — 1.25 inches at 100 yards).
FWIW . . . if you decide on any CZ rimfire, honor it and put a really good scope on it. It’s worth it.
