Discontinued 2018. Building on the incredibly precise 557 short action, the Varmint model adds a stout 25.6″ barrel in a heavy profile that tapers to a 0.863″ muzzle. Anchored in a newly-designed walnut stock, it has a healthy palm swell, laser-cut stippling and a flat forend.
